Refund policy

Once you place an order, you have 1 week (7 days) from the date of purchase to request a cancellation. After this window, all sales are final and cannot be canceled.

We only accept returns or exchanges within 3 days of the delivery date. After this period, we cannot offer any returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.

• Proof of purchase must be provided (order confirmation or receipt).

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
