• By placing a pre-order, you agree to this extended timeline.

• Updates will be provided via email as your order progresses through production and fulfillment.

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, SILKROAD is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed items.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for packages lost by the postal service.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number for resolution.
